There is a drawback about this extension is that it’s available only for the Chrome Web Browser and can be used only on the PC.

As, most of the websites embed Youtube videos, so if a website has embedded the Youtube video then click on the More icon at the top right corner of the Video then it will open the Youtube page of the video. Now copy the Youtube Video URL and visit https://www.clipconverter.cc.

There is a drawback of this method as this will work only if the embedded video is from Youtube and sharing is on. If the video is embedded from some other source then this method won’t work for you.

If ClipConverter didn’t work for you then there is another alternative which will help you in downloading the embedded videos. There is a website SaveFrom which helps in downloading the embedded videos from the websites. Follow below-mentioned steps to learn to download embedded videos:
- At, first open the webpage where the video is embedded.
- Then click on the Share icon of Video and then select More.
- After that, it will take you to the destination page of the video. eg. Youtube.
- Now if the video is from the Youtube then replace www with ss in the video URL.
- Enter the replaced URL and hit the enter button.
- Now there will be a download page of the video.
- Click on the Download and your downloading process will begin shortly.
#4: DownloadHelper
Here comes another method in which you can use a Chrome extension for downloading any video from any webpage. This extension will identify any video from any webpage and then you can download that video on your device with just one click.
At first, you have to install DownloadHelper extension on your Chrome Browser. Now open the webpage where the video is embedded. Play the video and click on the extension icon at the top right corner of your screen and select download.
That’s it, Now video will be saved to your system. Note: This extension won’t help you in downloading the videos directly from the Youtube website.
